В статье «Подход к решению проблемы эффективного управления танкерным флотом» рассмотрены механизмы коммерческой работы танкерного флота в части оценки эффективности показателей по измеримым параметрам эффективности. Ключевой показатель эффективности строится на структуре расходной части бюджетов эксплуатации флота. Конкурентность модели управления зависит от позиций записей в структуре бюджетируемых расходов. Исследование показателей эффективности позволяет принять структуру за основу при построении систем управления по технологии нейрочейн (блокчейн).
In article "Approach to the solution of the problem of effective management of the tanker fleet" mechanisms of commercial work of the tanker fleet regarding assessment of efficiency of indicators in measurable parameters of efficiency are considered. The key performance indicator is under construction on structure of an account part of budgets of operation of the fleet. The competition of model of management depends on positions of records in structure of the budgeted expenses. The research of indicators of efficiency allows to assume structure as a basis at creation of control systems on technology neurochain (blockchain).
