    <p>Сварные конструкции элементов корпуса судна в течение всего срока эксплуатации подвержены высоким циклическим, динамическим и ударным нагрузкам, в связи с чем вопросы надежности сварных конструкций приобретают огромное значение. Сварка, как технологический процесс, имеет неоспоримый ряд преимуществ, но, в тоже время обладает и рядом недостатков, часто снижающих ее эффективность. Одним из основных недостатков является возникновение остаточных напряжений вследствие неоднородного нагрева свариваемых элементов конструкций, усадочные и фазовые изменения. В сложившейся ситуации остро встает вопрос поиска методов определения интенсивности напряжений и технологических приемов, направленных на снижение уровня и перераспределение остаточных напряжений в сварных конструкция корпуса судна.</p>

    <p>Welded structures of ship hull elements are subject to high cyclic, dynamic and shock loads during the entire service life, in connection with which the issues of reliability of welded structures are of great importance. Welding, as a technological process, has an undeniable number of advantages, but at the same time has a number of disadvantages that often reduce its effectiveness. One of the main disadvantages is the occurrence of residual stresses due to inhomogeneous heating of the welded structural elements, shrinkage and phase changes. In the current situation, there is an urgent question of finding methods for determining the intensity of stresses and technological techniques aimed at reducing the level and redistribution of residual stresses in the welded hull structure of the vessel.</p>
