Abstract (English):
The article discusses the basic laws of the distribution of random variables used in the theory of reliability of technical objects. Representative examples for various distribution laws of random variables are presented. The mathematical formulations used in the assessment and calculation of the reliability parameters of technical objects at the stages of running-in, normal operation and physical wear of the product are given. The paper also explores the criteria for choosing the law of failure distribution when calculating the reliability of elements of reloading machines during the life cycle.
