Hie work presents the results of research on the development of a unified method of forming data array sreflect-ing management reports on fleet operational costs and performance parameters reflecting the efficiency of fleet operations and management for the purposes of their statistical analysis and optimization of the fleet management process. The initial data come from parameters commonly used in marine industry - planned and actual operational cost, quantitative indicators of the efficiency of the commercial and technical management of the fleet.
