This article analyzes the issues related to the improvement of the cargo transportation process. When using the metalogical approach, optimal complexes were identified to improve the entire freight forwarding chain taking into account the calculated data. The following publication presents solutions that facilitate the implementation of improvement in the present environment using modem support resources. These ideas can be applied by optimizing the ratio of orders to stocks, as well as introducing modem technologies in the field of warehousing and the application of unification of related documents.
