Today, global cargo transportation is not just a linear task, they require a whole range of solutions and developments to ensure timely, uninterrupted and cost-effective delivery of goods. Thanks to an integrated approach to solving and providing transport tasks and services, transport and logistics operators and companies calculate optimal routes, pricing and transit times in advance, reducing the costs of both the buyer and their own. The choice of the research topic is due to its relevance and modernity, since constant price (sanctions) pressure and the growing demands of users on the quality of services complicate the tasks facing companies participating in the transport market. The authors of this study, based on the terms of the transaction and the current situation on the international market, proposed possible schemes for the organization of transportation of containers with sets of metal components of wind turbines from China to Rostov-on-Don, depending on the type of transport and direction of transportation. The costs borne by the buyer are also determined, and a full calculation is made with the choice of the optimal delivery option.
