This article examines ship storming and reviews classical methods while demonstrating their inapplicability in the presence of waves coming from more than one direction. Building upon classical formulas for calculation, the article proposes an innovative interpretation of concepts and corresponding formula transformations. It re-places amplitude characteristics with force characteristics and vice versa, and calculates the ship's roll period, wave period, and analyzes the theoretical impact on the ship's hull, resulting wave amplitude, and resonance occurrence in such conditions. Additionally, graphical representations of the processes are provided, and the article discusses the relationship between the current amplitude and the resulting one. The study presents a table of simulated situations and draws conclusions about the methodology's applicability, possible drawbacks, and plans for further research, including experimental data
