For large ship management companies with several dozen vessels, putting a vessel into dry dock is a regular operation. However, its complexity and multi-stage nature require coordination of the efforts of many stake-holders, and significant amounts of expenses increase the degree of responsibility of individuals for the deci-sions taken. The aggravation of international relations and the increase in the number of mutual sanctions increase the risks of the shipping company (operator), since the multinational nature of the interacting partici-pants is traditional for the navy. This work considers the procedure for preparing docking under the conditions of sanctions restrictions
