Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the fatigue strength of parts of ship technical equipment using examples of a number of damage and equipment failures that occurred on ships due to alternating loads. The main factors affecting the fatigue strength of parts of ship equipment, which must be considered at the design stage and during its operation, are considered. The main cause of the fatigue cracking and destruction of parts of ship technical means are the resonant oscillations of elastic systems, which significantly increases the stress amplitude values in an asymmetric loading cycle. Therefore, in the recommendations on the operational factors that affect durability' are requirements to prevent resonances in ship vibrations of elastic systems.
