On the basis of experimental data by means of expansion of System Identification Toolbox in MATLAB the identification of parameters of angular speed of movement of the vessel is carried out and the model of its forecasting regardless of a condition of the vessel is constructed. The obtained algorithms are proposed for the use of decision support systems, as well as the development of control programs for non-shipboard vessels.
