Abstract (English):
The paper considers the theoretical and practical aspects of stevedoring services for the delivery of goods in the context of the development of market relations in Russia, options for calculating the cost of loading and unloading goods, considers the functions of the Federal Tariff Service, their impact on freight forwarding services in large seaports , as well as the legal component of regulating the relationship between the carrier and the stevedoring company.
