In work the system of network planning and management, is investigated by the enterprises and to exercise planning, the control and expeditious regulation of production allowing to improve effectively work of management personnel. The network schedule allows to carry out the multiple analysis of various decisions on change of the technological sequence of works, to distribution of resources, etc. for the purpose of improvement of the initial plan. In a representative example methods of reduction of time of the critical way used for optimization of the network schedule are visually presented.
