Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the chose of reasonable and optimal solution, methodic principalsos shipments by tramp tonnage. This methodology will indicate what needs to be paid attention to make optimal plan of transportation. Main criterions will be shown, which indicators had to be maximum or minimum depending on situation. The need to use modem information and communication technologies in transport management system will be substantiated.
