The use of modern information technologies is an integral part of transport logistics. Timely information ex-change, cost reduction, high customer orientation and expansion of supply geographies determine the need to create such information developments that are able to analyze all existing processes in transport companies, identify shortcomings and determine ways to solve them. Existing platforms with business analytics on the market will be considered as such technologies. The article details the advantages and disadvantages of using data analytics processes based on the experience gained by large transport companies. The authors defined the main modules of the analytical platforms, and also considered the results of their implementation
